Ealing Park South is a quiet residential development off the south coast of the island, it's close proximity (less than 10 mins walk) to the popular Silver Sands beach area known for it's surfing and general recreation atmosphere makes this an ideal location. This area is also a quick drive to Oistins, other south coast beaches and amenities, such as supermarkets, service stations, shopping, hotels and restaurants. This cozy furnished cottage is nestled on a property which also comprises of a main house, it is fully enclosed and has an allocated parking area. The small front patio opens into the nicely decorated living area with adequate seating and television, there is also a small dining area, with table and chairs and additionally stools at kitchen countertop. The kitchen has all built in cupboards throughout, major appliances, microwave and small appliances, the washing machine is also in this area. Both bedrooms have aircondition units and built in closet areas, one bedroom has a full sized bed, while the second has a single bed (an additional single bed or double bed can be made available if required) these two bedrooms share the single bathroom. The cottage  has security grills  and storm shutters throughout, and there are security cameras around the property.

No pets are allowed and there is no smoking on the premises.

Water, gas, WI-FI and maintenance of grounds are included in the rental rate,  the tenant is responsible for electricy charges. There is a house cleaning service available if required, at the cost to the tenant.
